I have five widgets in the right sidebar in the following order
    1. MailChimp Widget (Top)
    2. Text
    3. Recent Posts
    4. Archives: Month Archives
    5. Category: Category Archives

Margin Top is set for 30
Margin Bottom is set for 0

I see that the fixed widget check box in the MailChimp widget refuses to stay checked and that widget doesn’t get included in the scroll capture. All the others are fine.

Perhaps an incompatibility issue with the MailChimp Widget? I would hate not be able to scroll the MailChimp subscribe box ??

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello!

Perhaps an incompatibility issue with the MailChimp Widget?

    Looks like so…
But you can use Custom HTML IDs field on plugin settings page.
Input there Mailchimp Widget id: mailchimpsf_widget-2

Well, pooh. I tried adding the ID to the Custom HTML ID field. I left the other Fixed Widget boxes below it on the sidebar stack checked. No luck. Now none of the ‘fixed’ widgets scrolled at all. ??

OK, next … I found the ID name for all the widget boxes and put them ALL in the Custom HTML ID field box. Again, no luck. None of the ‘fixed’ widgets scrolled.

Let me clarify … I put mailchimpsf_widget-2 with no other markup in the box. Should I use the whole code line?
    e.g. id=’mailchimpsf_widget-2′

    Sorry to pester.

    You did right.
Do it again please. I need to see what’s happaining on your site when custom id enabled.
One more thing. When you input id in text box, make sure there is no new line after id – it may cause an error.

Aha! That worked. It had to be the newline. Thank you very much. Now I need to rearrange them as I have too many widget scrolling for a 1280×768 resolution setting.

Thank you so much for your help.

Same problem here for the Mailchimp plugin, I did as you said (https://screencast.com/t/OyqSORbrh) and it’s still not working… Any other tips?

The id I have provided is only for for alexirving’s site.
It will be different for you. Can you give a link to your site?

Still in dev mode, but here’s an example:

    Now I see problem.
You need to provide value for the option “browser window width”.
Set 0 if you don’t want to disable plugin.

    Perfect it works. Thanks.
