Not working with Libsyn plugin

Doesn’t seem to work with latest Libsyn plugin (v 0.9.6.6). I use “posts” to post new podcast episodes. In Settings > Skip to Timestamp I set “Replace Timestamps Automatically” to Yes. In my latest post I put “24:22” …, but it only shows as text/no link in my website. I also made sure the “Disable Automatic links” box is unchecked. Why does my skipto link not show?
