(EDIT) Not working with iThemes Security 4.0.10

    Using with iThemes Security 4.0.10 the google authenticator form is not showing in login page when hide backend is enabled.

    EDIT: I changed my rate, the problem is not the plugin, is on iThemes Security, sorry for that!

    I forgot to come back here and change the rate.
