Not working with iPhone Authenticator app

Unable to get set this up for my user account in my self-hosted WordPress site.

Following setup instructions, I scan the QR code in my iPhone’s Google Authenticator app, but it yields error, “Invalid Barcode”

And when I click the “Can’t scan the barcode?” link, nothing happens at all.
