Not working with IE

    I set up a popup and I use an image to be clicked that opens the popup

    This is working 100% on all browsers (including Edge), but not on IE
    When you click the button nothing happens.
    Please help urgently

    I’m sorry for the late reply. Provide URL of the webpage you’re using Popup.
    I tested Popup by Supsystic with different versions of IE and everything works fine. Maybe there’re some conflicts with installed plugins or your theme.

    I have checked your page with popup and popup is not working. As I see popup shortcode is not compiled, therefore it is not processed correctly, and popup not displayed by clicking on image. Please tell me how exactly you have added popup shortcode to image link. Maybe using some page builder or simply through page editor?
    Besides I have noticed that this page is cached. Most likely when you check page with working popup – you checking it from browser in which you are logged in. Try to clean the cache of this page via your cache plugin, then clear cache in IE browser and check popup again.
