    Hi,

    We’ve seen this happen from time to time due to another Gravityforms plugin stripping out elements of our plugin (files or code). If you have any additional Gravityforms plugins installed such as ACF for Gravityforms – can you please check their settings?

    We are Using Hubspot for Gravity Forms. I have deactivated that plugins but still ClipChamp is not working.

    I think the problem is that we donot have gravityforms.js in ClipChamp’s Plugin. i checked its physical location but the file was not there.

    One More thing we are planing to use ClipChamp, but there are 2 concerns

    1) Gravity Forms Issue.
    2) Can we add Watermark While Recording the Video?

    Thanks for the update, we’ve been investigating the issue with the missing gravityforms.js file and will release an update to the plugin to address this soon.

    Regarding 2), no it’s not possible to add watermarks to recordings, sorry.

    Hi, the $14 Business plan is for a different product that doesn’t include access to the API. Can you please contact us through the chat widget at https://help.clipchamp.com from the account that is connected to the subscription to get this changed?
