Login Trouble with Theme

  • WHenever I try to login I get the message “ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.” I know that it is an issue with my theme but I don’t know how to resolve the issue, can anyone give me a step by step on how to fix this?

    I am not positive which one it is called.. if you look at my website though https://marlyrae.com you might know which one it is.

    Yep, right – it’s Customizr Theme – but LOTS of people use that theme, so I’m kinda surprised it would be the theme.

    Can you first try deactivating your plugins to see if that fixes the problem?

    How do I do that without logging in?

    You can disable your plugins using FTP by navigating to the plugins folder and renaming the plugin folder in there.

    What FTP do you recommend using?

    Well if it were me, I would do it through the file manager in my hosting backend. I’m used to using cPanel.

    But a popular FTP program is Filezilla. You would need the username and password set up by your host.
