    Hey,

Just tried out this plugin. I created a simple form field1 * field2 for testing.
And in back-end of the post it works, however on front-end where is the form, the calculation is not working. And my idea is to display an estimated price on front-end of the form. Could you please review this?

All plugins updated to latest version.
    ACF Frontend Form for Elementor
    Advanced Forms
    Both not working

    Thank you,
    Dimitrije

    Hi @djekanovic,

Although we strive to make this plugin work in as many scenarios as possible, there are just so many different ways to display ACF fields in front end forms. We’re too small to test them all, so I can’t promise you a quick fix for this.

Having said that, we did do some testing with ACF Frontend Forms for Elementor a while back and I think we saw it working. Perhaps your issue is an easy fix, but we need some more background information.

We would prefer to continue this support thread via our own support pages since it allows you to upload images etc:
    https://www.wundermatics.com/support/contact/

When you do submit a ticket there, we would like also you to include the following:

    • The ACF Field Group config. The easiest way to provide it is to go to Custom Fields -> Tools and click export. Then paste the content resulting JSON file.
    • Your site health info from Tools >> Site health >> Info >> Copy site info to clipboard
    • If possible, a link to a page that shows the problem, i.e a form that is not working as expected.

Maybe it’s the same problem that came up for me. I use ACF Calculate Fields for a while and I never had a problem. This week I updated him and the ACF but he has not printed the values ??on the frontend. It performs the calculations and stores them in the backend but in the frontend only ARRAY appears.

    example: https://jet-cell.com/ordemdeservi%C3%A7o/auto-draft-72/

Click on print the page, change the layout and, if necessary, disable the option Graphics in the background (something like that). There is 3 fields (Total, Sub Total and Valor restante a ser pago na retirada do aparelho) instead of the value appears Array.

However, in old publications this has not happened, only in new ones: https://jet-cell.com/ordemdeservi%C3%A7o/auto-draft-67/

I hope you can help me.

    Hey,

So i tested it now again, without a group field and that works, in my use case that is fine, but within groups i believe it’s not working as that was my initial set-up.

However, another question i have, and why I actually need this plug-in, is to calculate based on field value. So for example i have radio buttons that are like

    First Field – firstifeld
    100 : value1
    200 : value2

    Second field – secondfield
    100 : value3
    200 : value4

And i would like to use their values to calculate so for example

    firstfield * secondfield
And based on selected radio button it will display according price. Is that possible with current state of plugin and how?

    Thank you,

I will try to replicate issue with groups later and post information on your site.

I came to say the same lol =). I remove the fields from a group field and now it works.

    Hi guys

I had a similar issue to you but now what’s happening is my calculated values aren’t being updated on the front end for example I put in nutrition macros into my acf frontend form and then click update which updates these acf fields and then the calculated fields I have should update with the new values however I have to go to the backend of my site under user profile to then click update user for the new calculated values to show. Any ideas on how this can be done automatically?

    Thanks
