Not working with free shipping

Hello, friends. I have my Woocommerce store configured for free shipping. If I used the check out straight without being modified by your plugin, it runs fine. However, there are a couple of fields that are unnecesary for me so I installed your plugin. The plugin does what it′s supposed to do (modify the check out fields) but when the customers wants to finish the order, get stucked because it doesn′t recognize the adress. Obviously the customers got frustrated and they leave. As a free shipping, the customers could type whatever adress they want and being accepted, because WooCommerce is configured for free shipping, but in this case the plugin it′s not letting them to do it. My theme is updated, as well as WP, WC and your plugin. What can I do? BTW I′m not a code guy, not an expert. Please, if you can explain me what can I do, without being too technical, I will appreciate it very much. Thanx.
