Not working with forminator

  • The initial connection went fine and the test email sends instantly, but when I try to send using forminator.. nothing ever sends.

    I’ve gone through forminator settings 20 times and all looks normal. No errors in Elastic email logs and Fominator logs show the email as sent..

    Any tips or suggestions? Thanks

    Thanks very much for the reply. We finally got to the bottom of the issue this morning which was on the forminator side. (There were conditions in place which were not being met).
