    Hello,
    When payment is made outside website with external payment gateway, cart is showing as abandoned.

    It happens when user won’t back on the site, and in most cases he won’t because redirect occurs when payment is complete and it may take up to few minutes.

    Is there any way to fix this issue?

    Hello @edvardukou,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    In this case, you need to unsubscribe the user from the mailing list. It will not send the recovery emails for that order only.

    Hello @edvardukou,

    There is no way to automate the task of unsubscribing users.

    But if users unsubscribe from the emails, then they will automatically unsubscribe from the mailing list.

    You need to add the unsubscribe shortcode from the WCAR shortcode.
