    Hi @dobrycukrar

I just checked this page and it returns 500 error:
    https://www.dobry-cukrar.cz/registrace-cukrare/

Could you please check if there’s any PHP error log in the server related to the 500 error? You can ask your hosting provider to assist you with retrieving the log.

    Hi @dobrycukrar

It looks like a memory issue. What’s your server specifications? How many fields do you have in the Register form?

    Hi @dobrycukrar

Could you please try creating a new Register form with 5 fields? Add that Register form with the shortcode to a testing page and see if it will throw the same issue.

    Hi @dobrycukrar

Your site server cannot handle the 16 fields added to the form. I suggest that you decrease the number of fields in the Register form and then allow them to continue filling out the fields in the Profile Form.

hmm ok maybe can work as this, but what the server need to handle the 16fields ? Just to try ask hosting for it.

    Thank you for your helping.

    Hi @dobrycukrar

Could you please ask your hosting provider to check the value of max_input_vars on your server? If it is set as default value( 1000 ), please try increasing it to 4000. Once the value has changed, please test the Register form with 16 fields.
