• Hi, I have all the latest updates and installed your plugin.
Once the plugin is installed I can no longer edit pages with divi builder.

The site stops loading until I deactivate the plugin.

I have this plugin installed on another site with exactly the same plugins and server with same PHP settings and it is running fine.

I have spoken with Divi and my hosting provider and they both requested me to contact the plugin developer.

I hope you can resolve my issue.

    Many Thanks
    Twistedflip

  • Hello twistedflip,

I completely understand how inconvenient it is when things don’t work as they should.?

I propose you delete the plugin completely. not simply turning it off. You can get information from the host or a web developer. After removing it, you can download and install a brand-new version of this plugin. It ought to function as expected. There are no reported difficulties from other users, according to my analysis of the tickets.

If you have any questions, let us know.

    Hi Niel,

I have tried this now and still the same outcome.
Once the plugin is installed it stops Divi from working. Pages no longer load in the frontend. If I disable the plugin everything starts to work.

    Please help!

    Hello twistedflip,

Kindly install the debug plugin and provide us with the error logs.
