not working with custom theme

the problem is not other plugins.

ajaxed Comments
Cyclone Slider 2
duplicate Post

And I have the same problem. Or rather, one simple problem: the Send button of the post does not work. and ‘as if it link to any action.

The submission form has this nomenclature comments:
