    Hi,

It’s a very good plugin and works well but it doesn’t seem to support custom order status and only work with the default ones.

I’m using this plugin in order to make new order statuses and assign them to new orders by default based on the payment mode, eg.: “COD Pending” for Cash On Delivery orders and “Prepaid Pending” for any prepaid orders.

But the custom thank you page only shows for the default “Pending” order status.
Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hello @ghabhishek,

Happy to help you with this.

As you are registering a new order status from an external plugin. Usually, Custom Thank you page works with native WooCommerce order status only.

We modified the NextMove plugin for you to show the NextMove page also for new custom order statuses.

For this, download this updated version and replace it with the existing NextMove Plugin.

Now, add this custom code snippet to your theme functions or use any custom code snippet plugin.

Once you done with this, you will notice on NextMove Thank you Settings Page, there are those external order statuses that are also visible to select like this –

    Dear Team,

Thanks a lot for such a prompt response. This level of support is highly highly appreciable. Will try the code and let you know.

Could you please also let me know if this is going to be merged with the production release any time soon?

    Hello @ghabhishek

Thanks for your kind words. We set very high standard of support.

The version we sent you contains a change and this will push in next release. But the code snippet is for you specifically to allow the custom order statuses from that specific plugin. You would need to activate that snippet always.

Feel free to ask if any other questions.
