Not working with content restrictions

Before pointing ‘ not working’ function,

You are game changer for my site.

Now I hv ultimate member plugin which allows Gutenberg block restrictions function.

All other block are works with content restrictions for logged in out user, but block added through this plugin shien to everyone irrespective to setting.

Will you confirm this happen for all or me only?
You can see the block under login page ( link provided) are restricted to logged in user.
