not working with Constant Contact

  • I set up the plugin for use with Constant Contact, but when I submit an email address, instead of remaining on the current page, it goes to the url specified in “Newsletter form action” and gives a blank white page with the words {“success”:true} . So it is technically working, and I do get the email address, but it would redirect customers in a confusing way, away from my site. Is there a way to set it up to work with Constant Contact? Thank you!

    That was a long time ago and I don’t remember the specifics. However, I know I have the plugin “Newsletter Sign-Up” deactivated. Constant Contact released a new plugin for WordPress in the last few months and you could try using that one – that way you’ll have support for it from Constant Contact directly. I believe it’s called “Constant Contact Forms for WordPress” – that’s the one I’m using, anyway.
