Not working with Bazar Theme..

I have the same problem.
When I have enabled the multistep checkout the extra charge added to all payments methods.
When I enable the onepage checkout the calculation is correct but no extra charge row displayed

I am using this with InFocus theme using Authorize.net for the payment gateway. The extra charge field does not show up at the back end so I cannot enter the amount.
