Not working with 5.3 version WordPress

  • I’ve given support a week to get this working, paid for the pro version. No luck. The multi-part form won’t update, the conditional formatting drops conditions upon preview, forms to pdf caused multiple error codes to display, had to turn that feature off to get the forms to sort of function without scaring anyone with the errors.

    Sadly, this is just not working. The design interface is very user friendly, easier than Ninja but the forms just don’t work like they should.

    We are extremely sorry for the delay. We do understand there were minor issues in the addons that caused the issues. Multipart update notice has been fixed. Please make sure you clear your cache once you update it if you are still seeing the update notice. Also, an update for PDF Form submission has also been pushed live. Please do check the update.

    We hope you can re-consider your review. We are constantly working to make the plugin better but sometimes it does takes time for replicating and fixing issues. I hope you understand. We just think 1 star is too harsh.
