Not working with 4.5

As long as I use an out-of-date wordpress (4.4.2) this plugin works. When I upgrade to 4.5 it wont direct user to paypal after they fill out the form and click “Make Payment”. It doesn’t do anything. However it keeps a log of each click in the admin view payment messages.
Am I having a plugin conflict? I disabled all my plugins and still not working. I go back to older version of wordpress it works great.
