    @chr1s9r:
    Hi there!
    Thanks for your feedback!

The plugin works fine, also with WordPress 3.8.1 — there is no error. The issue you are having is not a bug it is intended behavior!

The reason for that is WooCommerce itself:
it controls various page slugs (a.k.a. parts of the permalink) via the translations!!!

To resolve this you have to re-save your permalinks (in WordPress “Settings > Permalink”) and/ or to review your Shop Page/ Catalog page settings in WooCommerce itself!

I can do nothing about that! As I said, the WooCommerce developers decided to control these aspects via translations and those effects the permalinks!

It would be the same behavior if you would use translations manually!

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks, Dave ??

    Hi!

Do you have any other plugins active that do something with permalinks or rewrites?

Have you tried do disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and my plugin? Still occur?

Sorry, no other idea — I need to have a look myself into your install otherwise it’s just not possible to say what’s going on.
Please contact me at: https://deckerweb.de/kontakt/ and make me a temporary admin test account on your site if you want – so I could help you further.

    Thanks, Dave.

Ah great to hear – glad it works now! ??

Can you say more, what conflict it was? So maybe I can add something to the FAQ here or update something in the plugin?

    Thanks, Dave ??

As you already said, a other plugin which is controlling the permalinks destroyed the internal functionality of woocommerce. “Woocommerce” works great with the “wordpress seo” plugin from yoast, as long as you dont activate the “Woocommerce German Translation” plugin.

So I thought your plugin is the problem. If you disable the “wordpress seo” plugin, all works as expected. ??

Ok, thank you – I will look into this, thanks for the hint!

Mmh, I just tested with Yoast’s plugin but cannot reproduce the behavior – it’s working. Did you use any special settings maybe? Or was/ is there anything left in the .htaccess file regarding rewrite rules?

My plugin does not tweak permalinks or rewrite rules in any way! It only loads translations – those translations contain a few slug translations for example:
    English:
    /cart/
    /checkout/

    German:
    /warenkorb/
    /kasse/

If re-setup WooCommerce pages – resaving settings and/or pages – plus re-saving Permalinks should do it. So did report a lot of users.

However, this above was just for information.

If you want contact me with your settings or some screenshots or such I will look into it.

Otherwise glad it’s working and good luck to you! ??
    –Thanks, Dave.
