Hi, I′m new to cartflows and already configured a checkout and a thank you page (free version). Unfortunately the funnel only works for logged in users. When I try to click continue without customer account it just reloads the login page.

I temporarely disabled Cartflows due to this fact as the possibility to buy without customer login is important for us.

    Could you please help.

    Hello @dasletzte ,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Can you please check is the same behavior happening on the default WooCommerce’s Checkout page?

If yes then let me tell you that there is a setting in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Account & Privacy Tab -> Account Creation & Guest checkout section.

You can make the setting there and it will automatically be applied on the CartFlows as well as WooCommerce’s checkout pages.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for your answer,

Everything works fine with the standard WooCommerce checkout page. Checkboxes for guest checkout are enabled in WC settings.

As soon as I enable my Flow guest checkout doesn′t work anymore. Everything else seems to work.

    Hello @dasletzte

Thank you for getting back to us!

Let me tell you that if the guest setting that you have made in the WooCommerce is working with the default WooCommerce’s checkout page then it will also work with the CartFlows Checkout page too.

Can you please let me know that are you visiting the CartFlows Checkout page when you are logged in?

If you want to create the account on the checkout page or make the user to login before checkout then please make this setting mentioned in this screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7KuRnlW5

Still you facing the issue then please open a support ticket from our website. Your can open a support request from here.

Please let me know in case you need more help or assistance.

Yes, when logged I get directly to the Cartflows Checkout page, if not, the Logon screen shows up (find the screen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9nejrz7p6jnrovq/checkout.jpg?dl=0)

On Top of this you can see the option to checkout without login with the link “Hier klicken (=click here). The URL behind this Link is /kasse/?force-guest=yes

“kasse” is our standard checkout page, our CartFlows checkout page should be /bezahlen/?force-guest=yes but the link doesn′t change when I enable CartFlows, it stays with /kasse/?force-guest=yes and thats why guest chekout doesn′t work for me.

do you want me to open a ticket?

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us!

Are you using any plugin to achieve this functionality with the default WooCommerce’s checkout page.

As I tried to replicate this at our end and I am not getting this ?force-guest=yes parameter on the default WooCommerce’s checkout page too.

If you are not using any plugin then I suggest you to open a support ticket with us where one of our developer will take a look and help you to solve this on priority.

    I hope this helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

ooops, i′m late to your answer, seems like “Germanized for WooCommerce” is causing the problem. Is there any chance you can adapt cartflows to it? I guess this plugin is installed on a lot of german shops. it ads an additional step in the checkout. after going to checkout from the cart it takes you to the “my-account” page where you need to login or choose to order as guest user (here′s where the problem occurs).

btw. is there a way to make a mutlistep checkout (1st step login/userdata, 2nd payment and shipping, 3rd finalize order) with cartflows? I couldn′t find an option for it, maybe in pro version? If not, can you recommend a multistep checkout plugin which works well with cartflows?

    Hello @dasletzte

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

That’s strange, we never faced such issue before. Can you please let us know which version you are using for the Germanized for WooCommerce plugin so that I can try replicating this at our end.

Regarding the multi-checkout, actually we have a Two-Step checkout layout and it is in the Pro version of the CartFlows. We haven’t tried any multi-checkout plugins but I am sure there are lot of plugins available on the www.remarpro.com. You can choose any one from it which is most suitable with the WooCommerce.

    I hope this helps.

Please let me know in case you have more questions.
