Not working when user haven’t signed in

Hello, i use the mobilemonkey wp-chatbot and although it works fine when someone has already logged in his facebook account, when someone has not logged in his facebook account the plugin is not working at all. I have tried to deactivate a lot of plugins that might conflict.
