Not working when access my website from Chrome for android

    I installed the plugin easily. But I tested it and find out when I access my website from Google Chrome in my android phone, it does not count my visit (not logged in). When I go to the Google Analytics, it does not show this visit in the Real Time section. I don’t know what’s happening. As I experienced a meaningful degrade in my visits counted by Google Analytics, I switched to another plugin.

    @shvb2007 Thanks for reporting, hopefully we can dig deeper and find the root cause. If you’re in a position to check once more can you inform me if you’ve placed the Analytics code snippet via Site Kit or using another method?

    @shvb2007 Perfect, and can you check once more using a couple of different browser sessions, to confirm that desktop and browser visits are reflecting.

    If you’re using AMP also you’ll need to add AMP analytics, which could be a factor. If you want to share your site URL or Site Health information I can also see if I notice anything from my side.

    No problem with my different desktop browsers. I checked with Edge, Chrome and Firefox on my desktop.
    Now, I switched to another plugin. I will check it again soon.
