• I was approached by the sales from Afterpay but finally stopped using it.

    1. This doesn’t give higher conversation rate and they charge a pretty high fees.
    2. There is not email communication for incoming order. Everything, including the dashboard is very primitive.
    3. They suddenly disabled my account without any notice. I tried to contact customer service and after the investigation, they told me my account was disabled because I am in a high risk category. The thing is I submitted my application and indicated what industry I am but they didn’t tell me until I used it for a month.

    Regarding the email communications for incoming orders, in actuality, this is a long-standing feature of the Afterpay platform, though not directly related to this WordPress plugin. An email address can be nominated for receiving these communications. It’s possible that one was not entered correctly, or experienced some deliverability challenges.

    The engineering team would be happy to address any technical feedback regarding the “Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce” plugin.
