Not working well

I was approached by the sales from Afterpay but finally stopped using it.
1. This doesn’t give higher conversation rate and they charge a pretty high fees.
2. There is not email communication for incoming order. Everything, including the dashboard is very primitive.
3. They suddenly disabled my account without any notice. I tried to contact customer service and after the investigation, they told me my account was disabled because I am in a high risk category. The thing is I submitted my application and indicated what industry I am but they didn’t tell me until I used it for a month.
