    Hello!

    We are using a WhatsApp Click to Chat link of type https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=xxxxx that is the recommended way.

    This api.whatsapp link redirects to WhatsApp Web (https://web.whatsapp.com) or WhatsApp App (whatsapp://) according to the device (or it should).
