    hi, my integration worked without any problem yesterday morning but now it doesn’t work no points are rewarded for watching video, its not even logged ??
    help?

    Hi, so it seems to be semi working now, I can se that some members have been awarded with points. So I tried playing a short video swell and I also got a point. just to make sure it worked properly I played the video multiple times after but then it did not give me any points can it be some setting that isn’t right? best regards Jennifer

    Hi @2bjennifer

    When you are editing a points award there is a setting to limit the maximum number of times the user can earn this points award

    By default this field is set to 0 (unlimited), if you have changed it to 1 then your users only can earn this points 1 time

    If what you are using is an achievement, then on the achievement edit screen you have the “Maximum Earnings” fields

    Please, for future issues, is recommended to provide more details of what you have setup and open a new topic to get different issues separated
