Not working since WordPress 4.0.1 update

Hi everyone – I found a useful alternative:

This improves the functionality of the Text Editor, and importantly adds the ability to insert videos. This means SWFs can be embedded this way and it is working with 4.0.1.

The only frustrating thing is you will have to re-embed everything manually as far as I’m aware.

Just updated to WordPress 4.0.1 and KFE stopped working….

Unfortunately the alternative TinyMCE advanced seems to not be working well with my theme. ?? I can just hope Kimili get an update soon.

Hi All. I am having the same issues.. I updated to wordpress 4.0 and now my flash movies don’t work… What is really strange is I tried to comment out the code and when I added <!– –> the movie started working but also showed the close comment tag “–>” any ideas welcome….

Thanks AMRC! works for me too but with the open and close tags showing. For now that keeps my panos “on the air”. I appreciate you posting the tags.

This makes me believe it could have something to do with conditional comment tags which IE uses. I’m not sure……

OK… not sure what this is all about… but I kinda fixed it…

I placed an open comment tag at <!–[kml_flashembed movie= and at the end of the tag I guessed and added this <! –>
that seems to have fixed my issues… I don’t even know why that works….
