Not Working Since May 24th

  • WP to Twitter automated post has not worked on our website since May 24th.

    https://twitter.com/BartEhrman coming from https://ehrmanblog.org/ We have not changed anything nor updated anything less WordPress to version 4.9.6. API Keys and Tokens appear intact and operational. “Update when Posts are published” option is checked. Template is simple and default: New post: #title# #url#.

    “Test: This is a test of WP to Twitter. https://ehrmanblog.org (3355184)” works, but no post are sent after publishing. If within the post, the “Tweet Now” button is pressed, the post appears as “Post Edited” version, which is not how it should work.

    In essence, the automated Post on Publish function is not working.

    If you click on ‘Tweet Now’ within a published post, the default Tweet text that would be sent is the edited post text, so that *is* correct.

    I think I’d need to know more about your set up to answer this question; can you submit a support request using the form on the ‘Get Help’ screen in the plug-in?

    Yes, I was not contesting that the “Tweet Now” button results in “Post Edited” version, but that is the only way to Tweet a post at this time, manually. I provided a support submission via the plugin as requested.

    I have same issue since that date approx.
