This JavaScript bug is fixed in version 2.1.1.

    Thanks for reporting!

    Hi Jason,
    Still not working in 2.1.1
Uninstalled, deleted, plus deleted all data. Reinstall, make new user meta.
Go to profile and see this:
Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/user-meta-manager/user-meta-manager.php on line 917

And in previous version Delete User meta was not working.

Still not working in 2.1.2 – I just had to revert back to 2.0.9

When you click the button, nothing happens.

Maybe you need to empty your browser cache. Sounds like you’re still running the old javascript file.

Check the javascript console for an error message.

pitufian, I apologize for the bugs! Hopefully I have them all corrected now! Feel free to post a new bug report if you continue to experience problems. Thanks!

    Hi Jason..
    Still an issue..
Only existing fields show in the Edit meta sorting.
Add a new meta and it doesn’t show on Edit screen or in the Profile.
Shows on the Delete list and Edit Custom but doesn’t seem to do anything..
    Ta.

    laserxz, is that version 2.1.4?

    (@jason-lau)

laserxz, I haven’t been able to reproduce that bug in version 2.1.4. I’m not implying a bug doesn’t exist, but I haven’t had the same issue yet. I’ll keep testing.

you know what would be perfect for upcoming versions? the capability to edit more than one meta at a time, lets say for example edit all the columns shown, oh my, that will make my life so much easier, hehe, i don′t know how to program so i made a reporting tool, for accounting purposes, just using this great plugin, thanks Jason Lau

    Yes it is 2.1.4..
I just updated from a clean install of 2.1.2
    Win7 Firefox, and Chrome

pitufan, you can already edit multiple meta keys for a single user, or custom meta for all users at once.

Click the User Meta Manager Help tab, then Plugin Settings, then for Meta Editor Shortcut, select Yes.

So, next time you edit a single user’s meta data, you will see ALL the meta keys at once, instead of selecting a single key to edit.

That method is for a single user.

You can update a custom meta value for all users at once by going to Edit Custom Meta, then select a meta key to edit, then check Yes to Update Value For All Current Users.

That method will update custom meta data for all users at once.

Just for the sake of mentioning, only custom meta data which is added via the main Add Custom Meta button can be edited via the Edit Custom Meta button, or deleted via the Delete Custom Meta button. If you use the links in the results table to Add Meta for a single user, you can only edit or delete that meta data via the Edit Meta, and the Delete Meta links, and not the main Custom Meta buttons. Actually, meta data which is added via the Add Meta links will not even be displayed in the Custom Meta screens.

Not all members have the same meta keys. That is the reason you cannot edit, for example, 3 or 4 members from the list at once. Those 3 or 4 members may not share the same meta keys.

    I hope this info helps!
