It looks like you have an autooptimize plugin that is deferring and concatenating all of your plugin assets. This means you will have to flush out that cache whenever you update a plugin using JavaScript or CSS.

Sorry but I’ve tried your recommendation it works only once. After a delete cache on autooptimize the slideshow appears one time, if i do a F5 update it is then hidden.
A wide area is blank (more than slides image size) then after 5s (the time bettween slides) image appears and area is contracted to fit the slides size.

I can only really assist with the debugging if you can leave it up there while not working. There must be a conflict somewhere. Could you remove it from the homepage temporarily and add it to a test page? I will be here about an hour more if you can.

i’ve reinstalled the current version, and can maitain it an hour for test purpose even if it bugs.
It seem has if all slides were hidden by the algorithm until time set a new valid slide to show

What browser and operating system are you using? I’ll try to test there.

It looks like you have a lazy load image plugin that’s malfunctioning. Could you try to disable that and see if the MetaSlider works?

If i disable the lazy load it seems to work, but i ve it since a while (years) and it has always work with and still work when i roll back to 3.5.1

Not sure why without further testing with the lazy load plugin, but we updated FlexSlider to the most recent version, so maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe you could add an exception to the lazy load plugin to ignore MetaSlider?

I’m having the same problem, my slider won’t slide. I activated my wp rocket so I could disable lazy load on the page, still didn’t work, just just deactivated wp rocket all together. Still doesn’t work. Here it is on the home page and also a test page. Arrows and dots don’t display either, even though I have them set.

It’s better to open a new issue and link back to this one next time so that it doesn’t email everyone previously involved.

Something is causing the javascript files not to load. Either Print JS is not checked, or another plugin is manipulating the scripts (often to make them more efficient). Double check these, and also try to disable every plugin then add them back one by one.

ah, it was print JS. that fixed it. I misunderstood and was thinking only about print css. Thank you. And sorry. I thought it made it easier to deal with issues that are the same on one thread.
