Not Working Properly in SHOP PAGE

What pages specifically have Breadcrumbs that are not as you expect? To me, it looks like the individual product pages do not even have a breadcrumb trail (it is never called), and it appears the only thing with problems are the product categories, which appear they should show “Products” as a parent. To make that happen, you will want to set a “Products” as the root page for the product post type in the Breadcrumb NavXT settings.
