Not working Properly and some doubt

Hi, We are using the plugin name as Advanced Free Shipping but we are having some issues and doubts that you might have look:

1- When we are activating as free shipping and there is a list of conditions we may select there is a term user country, is that meaning cusotmers shipping or billing country?
2- If we want to avail free shipping to many countries or a to shipping zones which may have many countries that how we can do that? do not say please that make bunch of condition and enter different countries in each row.??
3- When we are applying conditions the free shipping is not showing in front end. either we are unable to set conditions properly or maybe not working in actual.
4- We didn’t know and just know by studying your plugin page that in this plugin there are other features like applying shipping fee, handling fee etc but where we can activate that from?
