Not working properly and slow service

I have had a support ticket for a bug open for roughly 2? weeks. The support is slow and when they answer, they have not read the entries, so we can send the same information again. It balances between being someone elses issues and trying some obscure new setup. Fact is still that GPDR settings on the Mailchimp are still present not matter whether they are added or not. They are NOT willing to raise a bug.
