Not working properly

  • Tickets are not opening while we click on any ticket number after login.

    After successful login we see ticket list on home page however, if we click on any of one ticket in the list, its not opening.

    Please help …..

    Hello @singhvirat,

    It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings.
    If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket on our support page to check the issue further.
