    Thanks Tommy. So it worked fine before? What changed it? The most recent version of the plugin?

    What error messages do you get or what’s not working?

    This is what I get, but if I disable your app, it all works fine…

    Oops, There may be an issue loading.
    DMS typically loads in less than 5 seconds. Please check for Javascript or PHP errors.
    (Typically, slow or incomplete loading is related to plugin conflicts or server issues.)

    View page source check for a PHP fatal error.
    If not that, open chrome dev tools, then click javascript console. reload the page then look for a javascript fatal error.

    Uncaught ReferenceError: lightbox_html is not defined
    jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a[rel=]

    Do you have any other plugins that might be adding javascript? Some kind of lightbox plugin?

    I use the DMS editor, the site works fine when logged out, its when logged in and your app is running, I cannot edit pages, I have to disable app..

    Tommy, are you using version 1.1.1.2 or 1.1.1.3? We had some issues with 1.1.1.3, so we rolled back to 1.1.1.2 – are you currently using 1.1.1.2?

    Good Afternoon,
    I’m very, very new to word press.
    I am unable to install the Ultimate Social Media and Share Icons plugin.

    Is there a very detailed walk through anywhere besides what is found on the Ultimate S.M & Share Icons page?

    No idea how to extract a zip file or how to drop it into the wp-content/plugins/directory of my WP installation … wherever that maybe.

    Thanking you in advance. Any assistance is so appreciated.

    Hi Copper, you don’t have to do that. When you’re on your dashboard, please go to “Plugins” and then search for our plugin, then you can install it directly from the WordPress plugin directory. Does it work? Rgds, John

    Thanks for your kind advice. Still not working.

    Please note: my website is with www.remarpro.com

    Here’s what I did:
    – on dashboard, clicked on Plugins.
    – did a search for (U.S.M and Share Icons) on search bar which reads, search installed plugins.
    – reply back was … no plugins found

    Note: I did hit the install key when I was on the (U.S.M & Share Icons) page. It’s reply back destination folder already exists.

    Also note: I had a friend install this plugin for me early Jan. It was up and running however it is gone.?? My web provider said it appears it came off around Jan. 27th.

    Any advice you can give me, is so appreciated.
