Not Working | Prevent Login from Multiple Locations

Good Day,

We have enabled your plugin’s feature to prevent the same user from logging simultaneously from two different locations. Unfortunately, the feature is not working.

We tried the feature two different ways:

1. Under General settings, we checked “Disable Concurrent Logins”

and/or

2. Under Role Based settings, we checked “Prevent Multiple Login”

We tested the above feature from two different devices (i.e., different IPs), same user/password, with REST API enabled/disabled, other plugins activated/deactivated, cookies flushed, and cache purged. Still, we were able to remain logged in from both locations.

Our environment: WP 6.0.2, Avada 7.8.2, PHP 7.4.30, MySQL 5.7.39

Perhaps one of your latest revisions created the issue.

Kindly review and provide a fix.
