Hi! I’ve tried with different Google Accounts to connect, all verifications are ok but then the form doesn’t submit any data to the Sheet.

    The log shows this error:
    11 junio 2021 16:41:16 PHP 7.4.20Array
    [ERROR_MSG] => Auth, Invalid OAuth2 access token

Activated the WordPress debug and have this:
[11-Jun-2021 16:38:08 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /wp-content/plugins/cf7-google-sheets-connector/lib/google-sheets.php on line 52

Don’t know what is happening, could you provide me some help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @maferreris
    Sorry for the trouble

    Your error shows
    [ERROR_MSG] => Auth, Invalid OAuth2 access token

This means not authenticated with google account, might be there would be some issue of browser cache, clear your browser cache, either login using chrome private window (incognito mode) and authenticate once again with your Google account with new AUTH key.

Let me know if it helps.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

Yes! Doing the authentication with icognito mode worked like a charm. Thank you very much!!! Problem solved.

    Hi @westerndeal

I have the same problem and I have tried the same proposed solution but it doesn’t work.

I have tried clearing the cache of both the browser and WordPress (using W3 Total Cache). I have tried in different browsers in incognito mode and it doesn’t work either.

    Could you help me?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @srijo,

Follow the below steps to fix the issue:

    1) Deactivate the authentication from the integration page of the plugin.
    2) Clear the logs by clicking Debug Log “view” link from the Integration page of the plugin.
    3) Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove 3rd party app access related to GSheetConnector.
    4) Now get the fresh authentication code by clicking “Get Code” from the plugins Integration page.
    5) It will display “Currently active” inside authentication code input box on successful connection.
    6) Lastly, still check the log file for any error. If it is blank then all is good.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

I tryed your solution to fix the issue but I've some problems.

    1) Deactivate the authentication from the integration page of the plugin.

    >> On the integration tab there is nothing to disable authentication. Here is the snapshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QSm0jFr9jehFjkBDMGEXSrS9ENjQL0Px/view?usp=sharing

    2) Clear the logs by clicking Debug Log "view" link from the Integration page of the plugin.

    >> The button "Clear " doesn't work and when i click in "view" apear the same error: [ERROR_MSG] => Auth, Invalid OAuth2 access token

    3) Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove 3rd party app access related to GSheetConnector.

    >> In this step i receive this: You haven’t given any apps or services permission to access your Google Account. Learn more

    Here is the snapshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1icZ4163J2N11EcYziEHYB98SpLdaZlHU/view?usp=sharing

    4) Now get the fresh authentication code by clicking "Get Code" from the plugins Integration page.

    >> In this step the plugin is always loading and never finish.

    5) It will display "Currently active" inside authentication code input box on successful connection.

    >> Not working

    6) Lastly, still check the log file for any error. If it is blank then all is good.

    >> Not working

I don’t understand what could be wrong ??

    Hello @srijo
Sorry for the trouble you are facing

    1. Are you using any other CF7 Addons or any other google integration plugin? do confirm
    2. Have you enabled the error log from wp-config.php?
    3. Hit CTRL + f5 for the latest errors after clicking on debug log.

At last, deactivate the other cf7 addons or any other google integration plugin if you are using any and then try to authenticate again and update me here to help you further.

    Thanks
    Abdullah
