[Plugin: Pie Register] Not working…. PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone!

I am using the latest version of pie register and wordpress (3.2.1)

When a user fills out the registration form, it does not redirect to the page that says “please check your email to confirm registration,” it just leaves the page blank after hitting submit.

I have put the <?php….> code at the start of my wp-login page.

In the form I have the following fields:

– email
– password (+ password strength meter)
– custom logo
– first name
– last name
– simple captcha
– custom email to user
– standard email to admin

please help! this is extremelly important!
