Not working or reactivating after update

Twitter switched to SSL/TLS connecting, https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/24239 so therefor we had to update this plugin.
Still not working after update, re activating is not working anymore.
After a klik on sing in, nothing happens.What goes wrong?
