Not working on WP 4.1 & CF7 4.0.3

This date picker plug-in was working perfectly when I was running WordPress Version 4.0.1, but it instantly stopped working the moment that I updated to Version 4.1. Is this the case for anyone else? Any idea on what caused this to happen and how to fix it.
