Not working on WP 4.6.1. multisite with WC 2.6.1.

  • Hi, thanks for this great plugin.

    It worked for a while on my multisite but since WP 4.6.1. and WC 2.6.1. it doesn’t. Everything in Woocommerce works fine, all WC-AC plugin settings are ok but the API doesn’t send the details to Active Campaign anymore.

    Any idea how to solve this? Thanks!

    Hi Menno,

    I’ve just picked up your thread. I’m actually away for the next week so may not be able to help you diagnose the problem properly until after Christmas.

    In the meantime, please can you make sure you have enabled logging in the settings (under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > WC-AC Hook Settings). If it is set already then please can you let me know the message in the wc-ac-hook log (under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs).

    If you need to switch on the debug logging then you will need to wait for you next shop order before you see an entry in the log.
