    Links I use it on:
    https://www.sailboatrc.com/checkout/ and https://www.sailboatrc.com/checkout/order-received
    – The loader is not working! ??

When I put “all sites” it works like a charm on all sites (except at Checkout, not working there ever), but I want to include it ON only when there is Checkout of any order on the links above, my screen just “flattens” into gray (fades out, that is standard with WooCommerce and WordPress I assume) and after a few seconds Checkout is done, no loading animation whatsoever. ??

Please help, what to do? I do not need to remove “fade out” effect, that doesn’t bother me at checkout, I just need loading screen to be turned ON and showing like it works when I put it on all my sites.

You can test with any item on my site (select Bank transfer as the payment method so you do not pay anything and you will see for yourself).

So, I used the following option just to be clear.
    Display loading screen in:
    *the specific pages
    https://www.sailboatrc.com/checkout/, /order-received

as it says: In this case should be typed one, or more IDs for posts or pages, separated by the comma symbol “,”

    With kind regards,

    Hello @josipwp

Do you have disabled the plugin from your website? I’ve visited your website and the loading screen is not displayed in any page.

I’ll try to emulate the issue you are reporting in my website.

    Best regards.

    Hello @josipwp

I’ve tested the plugins combination in a similar to your website’s environment, but in my own website:

    – I’ve installed the latest update of our plugin.
    – The latest update of WooCommerce.
    – And I’ve placed an order selecting the bank transfer as the payment method.

at least in my website, the loading screen was displayed properly in every step of the process, and the WooCommerce pages were displayed properly too.

Could you indicate exactly the way you have configured our plugin, please?

    Best regards.

    Greetings,

I just reactivated it to be shown on all pages on my site, but that is not what I want. I want it to be only at Checkout. But, even with this action, at Checkout once I click Place Order I have “fade out” effect where the screen puts whole checkout page with items little bit in the background (like there is a gray shade over it), and only after 5-6 seconds of that loading screen (probably WooCommerce/wordpress default) do I see very fast loading animation from your plugin, it lasts for a second and then Checkout is over.

So, even when I put the settings on All Sites to activate default animation, my most important loading (as it is final and it takes longest) is not fully covered with your loading animation, just at the very last moment it shows and the page turns on Order completed, etc., new page.

    EDIT:
PLEASE CLICK ON PLACE ORDER TO SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT AS I JUST CHECKED MY BACKEN, NO ORDER WAS MADE WHICH WAS NOT MINE IN LAST HOUR. ONLY MY SEVERAL TESTING ORDERS WERE FINALIZED. ??

    Kind regards,

    Josip M.

    Hello @josipwp

The “fade out” effect in the checkout page when the “place an order” button is pressed, is not related with our plugin. Our plugin is loaded in the next page, where the summary is displayed, it does not apply any effect to the page that is being left.

    Best regards.

So your loading effect can’t override that “fade out” effect when my clients click “Place order” at Checkout? ??

    Hello @josipwp

No, I’m sorry, this effect is not controlled by our plugin.

    Best regards.

Well too bad since it works great on all other pages except the most important…

Thank you for your help, I am off to find another solution, kind regards!

    Hello @josipwp

Yes, our plugin does not disable the effects generated by other plugins, and probably no other plugin will. The recommended solution would be identify who is applying the “fade out” effect to disable it.

    Best regards.
