Not working on Windows WP installation

Have my DNS all set up (wildcard) and even have a wildcard SSL cert. Installed Hydra (there appears to be no configuration) and when I visit TEST.mydomain.com, it just redirects to the main URL in the WP settings like it did prior to installing Hydra. Help?
