    Hi @clairearmstrong – thank you a lot for your message and I’m sorry to hear that you face issues with the plugin!
    I currently checked your site and I can see a couple of javascript errors within the console.

    Could you please try to solve them? It may be possible that one of them kills the javascript on your site.
    Here is one where I would pay special attention to: Uncaught ReferenceError: urchinTracker is not defined

    There is a script that is loaded insecurely without https. You may need to check on that one. Here is the URL of the script I am talking about: https://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js
