Not working on translated pages?

Something strange is happening. I can’t get the gallery to work (or even to appear) on the Brazilian Portuguese version of the website I’m working on.
The main language of the site is Peruvian Spanish, and the gallery works just fine there. But not on the Brazilian Portuguese translation of the same pages. The code is there, but nothing shows up.
