Not working on touch screen / mobile

Hi!
I’m testing my new website on my android phone and my ipad and it doesn’t work properly because I cannot change the pre-selected tab. In my PC it works perfect, you can change the tab and contect shows perfect too. But in mobile nothing happens.

I tried something I read in other thread about chanching “wp_enqueue_script( ‘wpsm_tabs_r_bootstrap-js-front'” in intallation.php but nothing changes.

I’ve all update, using “theme X”. This is it:
