not working on subdomains

    I tested the plugin on a sub-domain with the same theme and versions you mentioned and couldn’t replicate the problem.

    Please let me have more information so I can troubleshoot further.

    * Can you add the default “WooCommerce Product Categories” to your store?
    * Can you see the widget “XO10 – WooCommerce Categories” on the Widgets screen? If yes, do you mean you cannot add it to any sidebars?
    * Is this plugin installed in the same directory as your WooCommerce plugin? E.g. in “wp-content/plugins”?
