Not working on site

  • Hi there,

    does not work if you change the page with a pagination function. The ratings are displayed, but unfortunately you can’t do any. Mousover, change of colours, as an indicator of where you are in the rating and also the selection do not work.

    I tried to get a Demopage and filled in your formular on your page, but no link and no access data in my mailbox.

    As the page on which the evaluation is used is not yet public, I am unfortunately unable to provide a link here. Would this enquiry also be possible via a contact request on your homepage?

    Hi,

    Plugin depends on JavaScript loaded in the page footer to run. But, if you make changes to your page that break something on your page, it is possible that page doesn’t load all footer elements. If enabling pagination on your website causes this, it most likely generates errors, so fix the problems and try again. My plugin has nothing with pagination, so whatever the problem that caused is most likely theme related.

    Run WP in debug mode, and check for errors.
