not working on search results page

The plugin works great on shop pages: https://ravenrecordshop.com/shop/
It auto shows on search results pages which we would like. However there it doesn’t work, it just loads the search results again.

looking at the link it is trying to go to it is adding the search results variables before it adds the letter variable. Is there a way to fix this?
